Group Classes
Our group classes are the next step after your 1-on-1 program, Day-Train, or Puppy School — a chance to keep building skills around other dogs and real-world distractions, in a small, supportive group. All classes below are open to current and graduating AW&B clients only.
Reactivity Class
A beginner-to-intermediate class for reactive dogs who want to train safely around other dogs, or non-reactive dogs building distraction-proofing. Classes run in public spaces for real exposure, with games and drills that mirror real-world scenarios — plus your trainer's support to work through any issues as they come up.
Before you join: dogs must be confident with leash pressure and basic cues (sit, down, stand). Not sure? Start with a Booster Class first. Group classes are for active or past AW&B clients only, for safety and to make sure every owner can handle their dog correctly — new to us? Book a 1-on-1 session first to access group classes.
Book Reactivity ClassBooster Class
A beginner-to-advanced obedience class and general check-in, run in small groups of up to 10 dogs at a range of training levels. It's a fun way to refine what you learned in your program, build on general obedience, drive and handler skills, and prep for ANKC sports if that's your thing.
Before you join: dogs must be confident with leash pressure, sit and down. Highly reactive dogs should start with our Reactivity Class instead, or chat to your trainer first. Group classes are for active or past AW&B clients only, for safety and to make sure every owner can handle their dog correctly — new to us? Book a 1-on-1 session first to access group classes.
Book Booster ClassMaster Class
For dogs at the peak of their training who want to go further. Run by owner Chloe, Master Class hones a more technical style of handling and training in busy, real-world environments — with rotating themes like Recall, Leash Skills, Socialisation and Play.
Before you join: dogs should have a solid heel and basic cues. New to our group classes? We recommend a Booster or Reactivity Class first to get a feel for the environment. Group classes are for active or past AW&B clients only, for safety and to make sure every owner can handle their dog correctly — new to us? Book a 1-on-1 session first to access group classes.
Book Master ClassBeyond Basics
A structured 5-week small-group program for owners who want more precision, focus and control in their training. Beyond Basics goes deeper into engagement, obedience and communication — building calm, reliable behaviour under real-world distractions. It's a great next step for dogs who've been assessed 1-on-1 or at Day-Train and are ready to work around others, and it's also a great follow-on for adolescent Puppy School graduates.
Before you join: this class builds on an existing foundation of engagement — it's not a reactivity or behaviour rehab class. If your dog struggles to focus around others, or can't yet work calmly for food or play near distractions, please book a private consultation first.
